That "guy" and his mother are at it again. He sent me the following letter talking about my façade and dark soul. Can you believe it? Here is the letter.
The victim of your child molestation activities in 1975 contacted me to review the changes you made to your website.
I see you blame Carol and me for your ongoing corrupt lifestyle. When has this actually worked for you?
You cite Dr. Cloud’s work regarding “Necessary Endings.” According to this work, there are wise, foolish and evil people.
1. Wise people accept their weaknesses, avoid defensiveness, shun excuses, and model transparency.
2. A fool is someone who does almost the opposite of a wise person in every situation.
3. Evil people are plain evil.
Pay close attention to this highlighted section Steve:
Your actions to cover up your ongoing corruptions and fraud, with others at Western Seminary, ATS et al, NWCCU et al, and the U.S. Government has now damaged many more lives. The religious frauds you work with and involved yourself with, have an ongoing history of saying and doing anything to cover up their truly dark evil souls. You and they demand this façade.
The Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release you demand requires everything covered up, because it is you Steve that doesn’t want to answer for what you have done or continue to do, and most importantly, it is you that is willing to destroy anyone that gets in your way so that you can maintain the façade.
I hate to make this point out publically, but I will -- my mother and I want nothing to do with you or Western Seminary, Lynn Ruark, Gary Tuck or others connected to the school. The Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release you and others demand be upheld, creates a relationship -- in fact it creates a legal relationship. It is that relationship that we are at odds with.
Since 2007, my mother and I fought to end that relationship, while you, Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark and Western Seminary fought to enforce it. In fact and in truth, Randal Roberts and Bert Downs got ATS et al, and NWCCU et al to collude with the school against me and the government – impacting the two lawsuits my mother and I filed to end the relationship!
We are here at this point, because of the trickery and deceit Margaret Spellings enacted at the federal level, the Obama Administration acted to defend, the trickery and deceit both ATS and NWCCU acted to support and cover up for you and Western Seminary et al and the involvement of three insurance companies attempting to cover for each other, while attempting to reduce their pay out.
It is you Steve, along with Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark and Western Seminary that demand a relationship with Carol and me. So hell bent are you that you and others will go to any length possible to force this relationship, while we have worked to end it. What you and others have been doing for all these years makes no sense. History has shown repeatedly, you cannot “control” people. The Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release is about control and relationship Steve. It demands what can or cannot be said. It demands money if not followed. It makes demands that are illegal. You used this, with others to “control” Carol and me, while at the same time, used the time to settle with Western Seminary concerning being outed as a child molester – this is your own testimony.
You and Western Seminary et al were unable to set aside the fraud cause of action in my mother’s case. Had you “released her” from the legal relationship you, Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark and Western Seminary demand, it is reasonable to assert that my 75 year old mother would have gone on living her life away from you. Why is this so difficult for you and others to understand? She actually has better things to do than think about you Steve.
Had you and Western Seminary et al “released me” from the legal relationship you, Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark and Western Seminary demand, all the events AFTER May 10, 2010 would have been much different and had the release been done earlier than that, clearly my mother and I would never had learned all the additional corruption that Western Seminary et al was involved in. I would have gone on with Susan and our son Joel in peace, living in England and the US – having set aside and moved on from a clearly destructive and abuse relationship involving you and others at Western Seminary.
A wise person would have recognized this, like my mother and I did years ago – because Religious frauds and people who don’t want to be involved with Religious frauds don’t mix. A fool like you and Western Seminary, et al., rejects this wisdom. Religious frauds like you and others at Western Seminary like to control others. Evil people such as yourself, do whatever it takes to damage anyone in the process. The point that you fail to grasp this is not my problem; the problem IS that you enforce this relationship we don’t want.
Carol and I don’t want a relationship with you or anyone at Western Seminary. We now have the evidences that demonstrate that you and Western Seminary et al, ATS et al, NWCCU et al and the Feds lied to both the public and courts – that there is no authority to have done what was claimed in the agreement. Because we now have these proofs, things have changed for Carol and I as you notice. There is nothing stopping us from exposing everything – about your marriage, your publishing, your work history, your time in the army, everything. The same goes for the rest of those involved – the whole case Steve, the whole case. I am not afraid to talk about my failures - while you are the one that demands everything is covered up.
You caused this upon yourself Steve. You are going to be exposed for the fraud you are and it is going to be very costly as a result as you have already noticed. While you seem to have clarity of enlightenment regarding some of the themes in the book, your history suggested being unable to realize that at the center of this, is your need to control and cover the darkness in your life. As Bard Marshall noted to you on Jan 19, 2006: "Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account." - Heb 4:13, NIV.
By acting to damage and destroy me, you have acted to damage and destroy yourself.
Perhaps someday you will realize that having continued with your and Western’s immoral cultish abuse towards Carol and me was not wise, made things worse and will now become completely out of control. But as history has now shown, the longer you fail to learn this lesson, the worse things fall back onto you as a result.

Want to leverage the corruption of ATS, NWCCU and the Obama Administration to cause as much damage to Carol and me and anyone involved with us? Want to use James A Scharf?
When in the long run has these choices worked out for you? In the short term you hurt me or Carol or those around us, but it always comes back on you. Dysfunctional people such as yourself do not see the trap you are in and force others to be involved with. Carol and I will always defend ourselves from corrupt people such as you and now the pendulum is going to fall back onto you and cost you greatly as a result.
I would encourage you to consider these points, because you and Western Seminary et al will now answer for the damage done to my family (Susan and Joel), Carol, Dale and me both in the short and long term. It will be all over the internet, newspapers and in my book. It will rise to the level of being completely out of control. You will suffer and those around you will suffer as a result. I don’t expect you to realize the connection because it has apparently not dawn on you or anyone else for years.

Consider Pastor Chuck O’Neal of Portland, OR.
In 2011 and 2012, Smith published on her blog and other websites critiques of the church leadership and barbs aimed at O'Neal. She wrote of "control tactics" and "narcissism in the pulpit" and referred to the church as a "cult." She aired allegations that it had turned a "blind eye" to "known sex offenders" by giving them access to children.
"Something creepy about this church," she wrote in December 2011.
Others posted their own criticisms, and in February 2012, O'Neal and Beaverton Grace filed a defamation suit against Smith and four other ex-members. "I was floored," Smith says.
O'Neal says the criticisms by former church members that led to his legal action do not compare to his own exercise of the First Amendment outside the Lovejoy Surgicenter.
"This kind of thing isn't free speech," O'Neal says. "Destroying people with abuse and lies is not free speech."
A Washington County circuit judge threw out the lawsuit after six months, ruling that the ex-members' comments were protected speech. The judge ordered Beaverton Grace Bible Church to pay the legal fees of the defendants. (The costs for two defendants alone were $16,750.)
O'Neal says his dispute with ex-members whom he sued is not over. His wife carries printed cards with her side of the story, and he says she has been distributing them in Beaverton neighborhoods and at another church.
Smith says she does not see an end in sight. "I'm not free from this guy," she says.

Steve Korch: Basically, I'm Evil

Recently, I betrayed the depths of my religious hypocrisy without even
thinking. I stated:
So often when I do this, I am actually puffing myself up as some sort of moral or godly person, while advising others people Randy Chapel or Carol Nye-Wilson are evil. My Religious friends jump in on this and we all have a good chuckle. That is the kind of people we actually are.
But I am not a foolish person either.
However, Randy has known I and others at Western Seminary are well beyond being labeled "foolish" and therefore :

I demanded I be paid $25,000 by Randy. When Randy refused, I with the help of two insurance carries (Guide One and Western World), various attorneys, the mediator and Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark, Bert Downs, Randal Roberts and Rob Wiggins proceeded with an off the books, behind the back transaction to take money from Randy without him knowing it, and launder the money so that the IRS would not know about it.
Everyone listed above has done everything possible to cover for me and because they took part in the corruption and fraud against Randy and Carol.

You have caused catastrophic and irreparable damage to my family and me.
I have never known a day that either of you, Steve Korch or Gary Tuck, cared about the damage you cause to others. However, your reign of terror will soon end. My book with evidence about your scandalous acts will soon be published and widely distributed.
When Israel’s King David committed adultery with another man’s wife and murdered her husband by proxy, the prophet Nathan declared, “By this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme…” 2 Samuel 12:14. The same is true when people calling themselves Christians rob God of his glory by living secret and scandalous lives, like your corrupt demands and deeds to harm us that have never glorified God.
It would be impossible to find any human being who has not lied, cheated, stolen, hated, fornicated, or committed any other sin. It's not surprising that “Christians leaders” like you are among the worst offenders, practicing a cultish distortion of Christianity as a means to an end, rather than serving true Christian principles that you claim to uphold.
Your contract served mammon rather than Christ by extortion threats attempting to control our souls. Your purpose was to cover up child molestations, Section 504 fraud, and many law violations that you tied to me receiving two theological master degrees. As slaves of sin, you were willing to do anything to conceal your vile acts, even if it meant destroying others or using 3rd parties as proxy.
You tried to replicate inside me your own lack of conscience. You forced on me your corrupt demands and deeds that exemplify the evil living in your seared souls.
The evidence does not demonstrate servants of God operate Western Seminary. Instead, agents of evil appear to be in control. With the name of God on your lips you live a covert lifestyle of evil, while you feign God as your source.
It is not surprising that searches on your various names come up with the word, hypocrite as well. “Trustworthy and accessible training for gospel-centered transformation” is a business gimmick to attract the unsuspecting and gullible. The evidence shows that tag is not true or practiced in the secret lifestyles of those running Western Seminary.
You are aware of the saying, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” in 2 Corinthians 5:17. This declaration underscores that God transforms us from the inside out. Anyone can be taught a system of doctrine or ethics, but only true believers are renovated from the inside out and they produce godly fruit. “Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit” Matthew 7:17.
Pastor Bard Marshall warned, “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account” – Heb 4:13 NIV. Western Seminary's time has arrived, just like Josh Duggar. Your double-life of preaching about God, while lusting to harm my family and me will now be exposed for all the world to see.
In no uncertain terms, you are fools to think you can have a lifestyle that is secret and still maintain hope of eternal life. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10. Your malicious demands to conceal your foul deeds you perpetrated against my family and me will be made known to the public.
What distresses my friends, extended family and on-lookers watching this unfold, is that the destruction of my family – Joel, Susan and me-- is a byproduct of your secret sinful demands to cover up your sin, and to manipulate others to conceal it for you.
I simply want nothing to do with your corruption and fraud. I have no interest in being upright like Gary Tuck likes others to think of him while he secretly covers up his deceit for his son. I have no interest in referring to “grace,” “forgiveness,” and “redemption” in nearly every sentence like Steve Korch as a facade to cover up secret evil.
I have no interest to be seen as stupendously upright like Bert Downs and Randal Roberts portray of themselves, while lying in secret to harm others. I am unwilling to say and do anything for secret evil agendas and friends at the expense of truth and righteousness like Rob Wiggins or Lynn Ruark. I am not interested in being like you or linked to you, or to perpetuate your need to deceptively cover up who you really are as pretenders. I have no interest being labeled a mature Christian if I must emulate any of you.
You are not real. You are fake, phony, and above all, part of a sham.
Everyone fails, including Christians. But those who are truly being conformed to the image of Christ don’t spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in insurance money to employ over a dozen attorneys, get their accreditors or weak-minded government friends to cover up material evidence and to silence people about unlawful and unethical acts.
You will be judged for your mindless Religious rhetoric -- impotent redemption claims and God dishonoring acts. A day is coming when you will pay for what you have done on this earth to willfully harm my now ex-wife, our son, my parents and me and that day is coming soon.
Your hidden sins will find you out, and God’s wrath will burn against you. You will pay for what you have done.

- gets himself in trouble with his proud speech (14:3)

“Fools speak foolishness and make evil plans” says Isaiah 32:6.

I am weighing my options in how I will silence Randy once and for all. I have attempted to get 3rd parties to cover for me and threaten him for me, but as of late this has not worked out like I would like it.
In the book, Government Corruption and Educational Fraud:The Toxic Legacy of the Obama Administration, Randy goes though the entire case with all the evidences. Currently the book is over 500 pages long and contains thousands of pages of evidences.
Randy goes into detail as he lists out what happen and what went on. He exposes me for who I actually am and what I have actually done and how I have damaged so many by demanding I have my sinful, corrupt life covered up. By doing this, each and every copy made public I get $10,000. In fact, my co-evil friends and employer also get $10,000 for each copy made public.
By simply stating the facts of the case, by making public documents I wrote, by making testimony I made public, by simply telling the truth -- Gary Tuck, Lynn Ruark, Western Seminary and myself could force Randy to pay us up to $400,000!
This is how evil I actually am.

Thanks Givers

This thanksgiving I will sitting around a table with my family. I am able to do this because people have covered my ass for years.
They have lied for me.
They have withheld documents for me.
They have misled people for me.
They have abused people for me.
They have destroyed people I wanted damaged for life.
So when I say I am thankful, ("Giving thanks acknowledges that what I enjoy has a source other than me") .... what I actually mean is that everything I have I owe to everyone that has gone out of their way to make sure that I can sit around my table with my family, rather than face the consequences of my actions.

An Open Letter to Steve Korch, Gary Tuck and Western Seminary,
et al.
You have caused catastrophic and irreparable damage to my family
and me.
I have never known a day that either of you, Steve Korch or Gary
Tuck, cared about the damage you cause to others. However, your reign of terror
will soon end. My book with evidence about your scandalous acts will soon be
published and widely distributed.
When Israel’s King David committed adultery with another man’s
wife and murdered her husband by proxy, the prophet Nathan declared, “By this
deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme…” 2
Samuel 12:14. The same is true when people calling themselves Christians rob
God of his glory by living secret and scandalous lives, like your corrupt
demands and deeds to harm us that have never glorified God.
It would be impossible to find any human being who has not lied,
cheated, stolen, hated, fornicated, or committed any other sin. It's not
surprising that “Christians leaders” like you are among the worst offenders,
practicing a cultish distortion of Christianity as a means to an end, rather
than serving true Christian principles that you claim to uphold.
Your contract served mammon rather than Christ by extortion
threats attempting to control our souls. Your purpose was to cover up child
molestations, Section 504 fraud, and many law violations that you tied to me
receiving two theological master degrees. As slaves of sin, you were willing to
do anything to conceal your vile acts, even if it meant destroying others or
using 3rd parties as proxy.
You tried to replicate inside me your own lack of conscience.
You forced on me your corrupt demands and deeds that exemplify the evil living
in your seared souls.
The evidence does not demonstrate servants of God operate
Western Seminary. Instead, agents of evil appear to be in control. With the
name of God on your lips you live a covert lifestyle of evil, while you feign
God as your source.
It is not surprising that searches on your various names come up
with the word, hypocrite as well. “Trustworthy and accessible training for
gospel-centered transformation” is a business gimmick to attract the
unsuspecting and gullible. The evidence shows that tag is not true or practiced
in the secret lifestyles of those running Western Seminary.
You are aware of the saying, “Therefore if any man be in Christ,
he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become
new” in 2 Corinthians 5:17. This declaration underscores that God transforms us
from the inside out. Anyone can be taught a system of doctrine or ethics, but
only true believers are renovated from the inside out and they produce godly
fruit. “Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree
bringeth forth evil fruit” Matthew 7:17.
Pastor Bard Marshall warned, “Nothing in all creation is hidden
from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him
to whom we must give account” – Heb 4:13 NIV. Western Seminary's time has
arrived, just like Josh Duggar. Your double-life of preaching about God, while
lusting to harm my family and me will now be exposed for all the world to see.
In no uncertain terms, you are fools to think you can have a
lifestyle that is secret and still maintain hope of eternal life. 1 Corinthians
6:9-10. Your malicious demands to conceal your foul deeds you perpetrated
against my family and me will be made known to the public.
What distresses my friends, extended family and on-lookers
watching this unfold, is that the destruction of my family – Joel, Susan and
me-- is a byproduct of your secret sinful demands to cover up your sin, and to
manipulate others to conceal it for you.
I simply want nothing to do with your corruption and fraud. I
have no interest in being upright like Gary Tuck likes others to think of him
while he secretly covers up his deceit for his son. I have no interest in
referring to “grace,” “forgiveness,” and “redemption” in nearly every sentence
like Steve Korch as a facade to cover up secret evil.
I have no interest to be seen as stupendously upright like Bert
Downs and Randal Roberts portray of themselves, while lying in secret to harm
others. I am unwilling to say and do anything for secret evil agendas and
friends at the expense of truth and righteousness like Rob Wiggins or Lynn
Ruark. I am not interested in being like you or linked to you, or to perpetuate
your need to deceptively cover up who you really are as pretenders. I have no
interest being labeled a mature Christian if I must emulate any of you.
You are not real. You are fake, phony, and above all, part of a
sham.
Everyone fails, including Christians. But those who are truly
being conformed to the image of Christ don’t spend hundreds of thousands of
dollars in insurance money to employ over a dozen attorneys, get their
accreditors or weak-minded government friends to cover up material evidence and
to silence people about unlawful and unethical acts.
You will be judged for your mindless Religious rhetoric --
impotent redemption claims and God dishonoring acts. A day is coming when you
will pay for what you have done on this earth to willfully harm my now ex-wife,
our son, my parents and me and that day is coming soon.
Your hidden sins will find you out, and God’s wrath will burn against you. You will pay for what you have done.

Steve Korch : I choose what I will tell myself is true...

.... "I choose what I will tell myself is true"... or put in another way, I am an habitual liar and choose to live in denial rather than the evidence of the truth - i.e., chronic deception, compulsive liar.
A sociopath, like me, is typically defined as someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others. Sociopaths, like me, have little regard or respect for the rights and feelings of others. Sociopaths, like me, are often charming and charismatic, but they use their talented social skills in manipulative and self-centered ways.
Compare this to being a compulsive liar, which I am also.
A compulsive liar, like me, is defined as someone who lies out of habit. Lying is their normal and reflexive way of responding to questions. Compulsive liars, like me, bend the truth about everything, large and small. For a compulsive liar, like me, telling the truth is very awkward and uncomfortable while lying feels right. Compulsive lying is usually thought to develop in early childhood, due to being placed in an environment where lying was necessary.
I, Steve Korch, have been lying about all sorts of things in my life. Shortly I have been told, a group of people are going to come forward and expose me about the lies I have made. Funny people. Don't they understand that I tell myself the truth and therefore, it doesn't matter what "evidence" they come up with, since, regardless of the actual PHYSICAL EVIDENCE to support their claims, the testimony, etc, it is not true...... I know the truth and that is what I tell myself.
LOGIC : Therefore, if my house is on fire and I can simply tell myself that the house is not on fire and my truth is what matters to me, rather than what actually is. This is basic postmodern thinking....
In a postmodern world, truth and reality are understood to be individually shaped by personal history, social class, gender, culture, and religion. These factors shape the narratives and meanings of postmodern thinkers.
Postmodernity, as a worldview, refuses to allow any single defining source for truth and reality. The new emphasis is on difference, plurality and selective forms of truth - or as I stated on April 24, 2015 -- "I choose what I will tell myself is true."
I, Steve Korch, use postmodern thinking and logic, which is full of absurdities and inconsistencies. This is because I employ propositional statements to negate truth based on propositional statements. Thus, ..... for me, there is no absolute truth, there is only the truth I tell myself.
